Hahaha. I have that same problem. However, as an explanation, I have heard that music is the only thing that involves both sides of the brain, so that is why you remember it better and longer.

Indeed we are seeing how it hit on the news..we have become the tropics..it’s humid and raining..Melbourne..go figure ;)
